Return Policy

  • Buff Your Body stands by our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee – If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product with its included accessories and original packaging along with the original receipt in accordance with this Return Policy.  
  • If you purchase the product directly from, you can return the product within 30 days of the date of receipt of goods for a refund based upon the original payment method. All returns after this period will not be accepted. 
  • After we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment. 

In addition, please note the following: 

  • Exact return addresses will be provided by our Customer Experience Team during the return process. 

  • Products can be returned only to the location where they were originally purchased. Buff Your Body branded products purchased through other retailers must be returned directly to the retailer in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. 

Items which are defective or arrive damaged may be returned pursuant to Buff Your Body’s 1 year Limited Warranty for all devices. 

  • Warranty begins on the day of purchase. 
  • This warranty is intended to cover defects in manufacturing and does not apply to any defects caused by negligence, misuse or accidental damage. It is only valid for the original owner.
  • All returns are subject to validation and approval at Buff Your Body’s discretion. If there is a discrepancy between the return policy and procedures printed on the original packing slip and the information provided above, the information provided above governs the return of your purchase.

How do I start a return?

Please contact our Customer Experience Team at or by calling +1 (847) 332-2763 to initiate a return.

After we receive your return request and the return has been authorized:

  • Our Customer Experience Team will provide you with the return address details and a Return Authorization Form to be completed and sent back to us with your return package. Please keep in mind, we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for the return. We recommend that you hold onto your tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.
  • After we receive the return, please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed for an exchange or refund.

  • Once we issue the refund, please allow up to 10 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment. Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the item(s) only. 
  • We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping and handling charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error or subject to the Buff Your Body Limited Warranty. 
  • Please note all returns must include the completed Return Authorization Form. Products returns must be received by Buff Your Body within 30 days of purchase. Only authorized returns will be processed.

How are refunds credited?

If the product is returned in accordance with this Return Policy, Buff Your Body will credit your original form of payment you used to make the original purchase and any applicable taxes (excluding shipping and handling charges).

What is your exchange policy?

We are unable to offer exchanges by mail at this time.

What if my item(s) arrive incorrect or damaged?

  • We follow strict packing processes and utilize effective materials to ensure your items stay protected on their way to you. Unfortunately, ship happens and it’s possible that your package might incur damage during shipment. In some rare cases, an item may be defective.
